What is a Yoni Egg?
A Yoni Egg is a crystal shaped egg that is inserted inside the vagina for the benefit of improving your relationship to your intimate body, sexuality, pleasure and overall pelvic floor health.
The practice originates from Taoist traditions in ancient China where women would use the Yoni Egg to awaken life force / chi energy increasing vitality and ultimately life span.
As a holistic practice the Yoni Egg is also widely used to connect to spiritual aspects of the female body and sacred sexuality. The Yoni Egg is a core practice in Divine Feminine work.
Is it safe to use?

Where can I find more research on the benefits of the Yoni Egg?
One of the biggest criticisms from the naysayers of the Yoni Egg is that there is no research to suggest that it is effective, and that is because THERE IS NO RESEARCH! The Yoni Egg has only recently become popular enough to make it into mainstream conversation and so, at present, it has not garnered enough attention to warrant any research studies to prove or disprove its effectiveness.
Research will only exist when someone in the field of research decides to undertake a study.
