Sacred Sex can be Kinky, Filthy & Messy

Don’t fall in to the trap of thinking that sacred sex has to look all pretty and perfect.

Again, another false narrative loaded in shame sold to us by... well, I don’t really know who but let’s just blame the patriarchy (or Boris) for arguments sake .

I know for a lot of women on their sexual healing journey these sorts of experiences may sound triggering and unappealing.

I get that - after years of unconscious pounding we just wanna be softly and tenderly held and made love to - right!

And that’s totally necessary, beautiful, sacred & valid!

Once a safe and supportive container has been established internally and externally then you can start to put the feelers out, dip your toes in and explore what other things might float your boat.

Sexuality is a powerful tool for awakening parts of yourself. Just like you might explore different archetypes to create shifts within you, exploring different aspects of sexuality can help you to access and open up more of yourself.

I know it can feel scary at first but there is so much of ourselves suppressed through the shame of sex that is just dying to be seen.

When we bring consciousness and consent to any sexual act and expression we and take back our power and reclaiming the innocence of Eros. It can be deeply healing to go in to this places that feel edgy in a supported and empowered way.

And if we want to go all in to intimacy we have to look go of the fear around what sex looks like. Embrace the sounds, the smells and the secretions.

You are human and that is sacred. That is divinity!
