Thou shalt take responsibility for your own pleasure.

Thou shalt honour your NO at any point during sexual interaction. No is a full sentence.

Thou shalt worship and adore your body.

Thou shalt only make love with those who worship and adore your body.

Thou shalt celebrate your sexuality in way that feels good and real and true to you.

Thou shalt speak your truth in the bedroom.

Thou shalt own your wants, needs, desires and boundaries.

Thou shalt not be ashamed of your sexual past, sexual present and sexual fantasies.

Thou shalt not judge others for their sexual preferences and lifestyle.

Thou shalt bring vulnerability, compassion, reverence and truth to their love making.

Thou shalt let thyself to be seen!
